I was in the process of trying to plan an outdoor winter event. I was part of the planning committee and we had discussed several things that we needed to do. We discussed the food we would have available at the event and also the other things we would want to get set up. Before we made arrangements for anything, we needed to find winter tents to set up for the event. Since this was going to be an outdoor event, we wanted to make sure we had the tents we would need.

One lady said she would search for the tents and I told her I would help her. We agreed that we would call around to find out information and compare the prices that we found. I called a few rental places around and found out the prices of their rentals. I found that Regal Tent not only had the best prices on their tents, but also had special event winter tents to rent. After talking to Regal Tent, I contacted the other lady that was calling around also. I told her they had special event winter tents and their prices were the best I found.
